Juego de cartas (2018)
Loosely inspired by the epistolary novel Juego de cartas by Max Aub, is a theatrical device with very basic requirements: an open room, a hundred chairs arranged in concentric circles and two wireless microphones. Taking advantage of the double meaning of the word letter -as a deck of cards and as an epistle-, each spectator becomes an actor by "playing", without any obligation, one of the 108 characters that appear in the book, and from there on, under the mask of fiction, each performance, "moderated" by Marc and Esteban as if it were a multi-family therapy session, takes unexpected paths towards a surprise ending. Premiered in Mexico City in 2018, we continue to perform it to this day.
Repercussion
